Welcome back to another episode of “Do All of the Things.”

In today’s episode, let’s dive into the concept of business hypergrowth, something that’s become almost synonymous with success in the entrepreneurial world. From social media feeds flooded with promises of overnight million-dollar businesses to the relentless pursuit of scaling to astronomical revenue figures, the pressure to achieve MORE can feel overwhelming. But here’s the thing: success isn’t a one-size-fits-all equation, and bigger doesn’t always mean better. As someone who’s experienced the pitfalls of hypergrowth firsthand, I’ve come to realize that true success lies in aligning your business goals with your personal values and lifestyle goals.

So, with that said, I want you to know it’s okay to have a  “big enough” business. What does it mean to have a “big enough” business? It’s about defining success on your own terms, considering factors like work-life balance, financial sustainability, and overall well-being. In this episode, we’ll explore practical questions to help you assess your current situation and redefine what success looks like for you. Whether you’re just starting out or already deep into your entrepreneurial journey, it’s time to shift the narrative from chasing the money bag to building a business that supports your desired lifestyle.
