I am Christine Thomson, your registered dietitian nutritionist and the owner/founder of the Manipura Centre of Health & Wellness. With a background in nutrition and dietetics, along with certifications as a life coach and integrative nutritionist, I am here to empower you to boldly step into the best version of yourself. Schedule a consultation to share your health goals and concerns, allowing us to understand your unique needs.

Your Personalized  Plan

Receive a customized wellness plan designed to address the root causes of your hormonal imbalances and support your overall health.

What should I expect during the Initial Consultation?

Your 60-minute initial consultation is a dedicated time to explore every aspect of your lifestyle influencing your overall health. We’ll dive into your daily diet, examine your overall lifestyle, your medical history, and reflect on past diet & lifestyle attempts to discern what worked and what didn’t.

In our first session, I offer a bit of education tailored to your unique medical conditions and aspirations. However, the core of our conversation revolves around understanding your current dietary challenges thoroughly. This allows us to collaboratively uncover the reasons behind these challenges and chart an effective course toward resolution.

Additionally, we’ll work together to establish short-term and long-term goals that align seamlessly with your individual dietary needs, ensuring a strategic and successful game plan for your health journey.

Many health insurance plans often cover both your initial consultation and subsequent follow-up visits, making your investment in your health more accessible. In cases where insurance doesn’t cover our nutrition visit, or if you have a plan outside my participation, the cost for the 60-minute initial session is $180.00, and each 30-minute follow-up visit is $80.00. Your well-being is an investment, and I’m here to ensure you achieve the results you desire.

What should I expect from our follow-up sessions?

Each 30-minute Follow-up visit is used to track your progress, tackle your questions, and address any obstacles in your way. As we keep moving forward, we’ll also work on additional lifestyle changes like exercise, sleep, and stress management goals.

Your roadmap to success is highly dependent upon your commitment to the follow-up sessions and I’m with you every step of the way!

What should I do to prepare for my first visit (i.e. Initial Consultation)?
  1. Contact my support staff so a member of the team can verify your insurance benefits. Please have your card handy when you call.
  2. Be prepared to schedule your Initial Consultation during the call.
  3. Get excited! Because your life is about to change with this investment in your health!
