An emotion is defined as a conscious mental reaction experienced as a strong feeling accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body.
It’s important to know that the worst thing you will ever experience is an emotion, even in the worst circumstances. And since emotions aren’t deadly, that’s a good thing.
