Thoughts About Change

Blog, Business, Emotional Mindset

We often spend most of our days trying to fix and change things.

We get so caught up in changing, that we start changing the things that are working.

Don’t do that.

In fact, if it’s working, go ALL IN. Maximize it.

WHY? Because it is WORKING.

I used the same relationship marketing strategies all year. Why? Because it was working.

This seems easy right?!?! Trust me. It isn’t.

Over the years I have seen people change what is working, and I literally want to SHAKE them.

They start signing regular clients, then they want to change their niche or their pricing.

They get a grip on marketing, and then they want to start a funnel or ads.

It can feel unsettling to NOT change things up. It requires slowing down and paying attention to what’s working.

I find most clients when they come to me, aren’t in the practice of documenting closely what IS working. They are too focused on what ISN’T working.

And they think the answer to making more money is always….changing what they are doing and offering…not how they are THINKING.

They go in thinking they have a problem. They try and solve it through DOING. They miss the equation. Then they change things. Things that are working. They create more of “it’s not working”.

They think this has happened because things are getting worse.

But really….they made a decision from the thought that something wasn’t working, and then created it not working…from their decision-making.

So before you make drastic changes to your business….1st consider, WHAT IS WORKING?

Then consider, HOW DO I NEED TO THINK TO CREATE MORE OF WHAT IS WORKING?

Those are the two most powerful things you can do for yourself and your business.

DO MORE of what IS working.

This is an example of the business growth & mindset work we do in my private coaching program. Maybe you’re curious about what that would look like for you?

Let’s connect and talk about your goals and how I can help you get there. Grab your free 30-minute consultation here.

The consult call is where I take the time to listen deeply to what your current situation looks like, what’s not working, where you want to be in your business, as well as your life, and help you map out a plan to get there.

If we’re the right fit for each other, we can also talk about what it would look like to work together.
