Behind The Scenes of My Health Journey

Blog, Business, Emotional Mindset

In today’s video, I’m getting a little personal. I’m sharing an unpopular opinion that you may or may not agree with. It’s about weight loss, health outcomes, and why we’re perfectly positioned to help people with both.

We are the unicorns…the Jane of all trades in the nutrition & wellness industry. But unfortunately, we’re the most underutilized practitioners when it comes to health & wellness.

So much so that we often feel like we need to educate people on who we are, what we do, and how we’re different from non-credentialed nutritionists. This is unfortunate, and annoying, for more reasons than one.

As I talk about my unpopular opinion about all of this, I also share my own health struggles that are NOT related to weight. All of this is to inspire you, as well as to give you a different perspective on issues that every single one of us is equipped and skilled to support clients.

We can give clients what they want (weight loss) and what they need (improvement in their health markers). There is NOTHING wrong with that.

Gaining a new or different perspective is one way to shift your mindset. I think we, as registered dietitians, need a new perspective on this topic so that we can stand in the forefront of people’s minds when they’re seeking help.

This is what we do in my private coaching program. We work on mindset to help your nutrition business grow and flourish exponentially.

Curious about what that would look like for you?

Let’s connect and talk about your goals and how I can help you get there. Grab your free 30-minute consultation here.

The consult call is where I take the time to listen deeply to what your current situation looks like, what’s not working, where you want to be in your business, as well as your life, and help you map out a plan to get there.

If we’re the right fit for each other, we can also talk about what it would look like to work together.

Sounds good? Schedule a Consult call today.
