Most of us have been taught that confidence is created by taking action. And that can be true, in some instances. But what happens when you take action and the outcome is less than desirable? I’d guess the feel of confidence isn’t coming from that. What most of us don’t learn is that we can create confidence and by doing so, we’re taking ownership of our emotions, which is the way it should be in the first place.

In today’s episode, I share how you can create confidence in any circumstance so you’re always feeling like you’re coming out on top!
