Erika is a Certified Doula as well as a Registered Dietitian and her passion is supporting moms during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with her unique nutrition & doula services.

Erika Watson-Lawson is a Doula-Dietitian Diva. She has been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years and decided that she was doulaing so much for friends and family, “Why not make it official?” She became a certified doula in 2021 and founded her own virtual doula business, called Purely Nourishing Doula. She offers virtual and in person services from nutrition coaching, pregnancy & labor services, and also postpartum care.

Striving to educate and empower women holistically through movement as a 4th Trimester Fitness Instructor ™️, Erika teaches mothers how to alleviate some of those pregnancy aches and pains. The class she leads, Birth Ball basics, also teaches women how to work with their bodies in labor.
