Joy Diggs is a personal trainer, registered dietitian, certified weight loss specialist, writer, speaker, and owner of Digg Deep Fitness & Nutrition. Every day she pushes her clients and motivates the masses to become their best, stressing the importance of a healthy mindset, proper nutrition, and regular exercise.
Health has been a passion of hers for most of her life. She holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Science in Nutrition, among other fitness certifications.
While she’s a huge advocate for health, she believes there’s always room for chocolate! Though she says that jokingly, she’s a big believer in balancing fitness and fun. Health should not be boring and bland. She teaches her clients how to modify their habits so that they leave room for LIFE in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
She believes digging deep is about pushing through comfort zones, overcoming obstacles and barriers, and leaving ourselves completely open to becoming our best selves. She also believes having optimal health is a necessary part of that process. When you look and feel great, it truly impacts all other areas of your life.
Her goal is to challenge you to dream big, live with purpose, and choose health along the way!
