EP.373: Why I Haven’t Recorded in 3 Weeks (And Why That’s Actually Perfect)

Mindset, Podcast, Work Life Balance

You know that feeling when someone disappears for a few weeks and your mind immediately goes to: “Are they okay? Did they give up? Is everything falling apart?”

I haven’t recorded an episode in three weeks. And honestly, I almost didn’t tell you why. I just wanted to show up this week like nothing happened and keep it moving.

But that’s not how we do things here.

Because what’s been happening in these three weeks isn’t what you think. I haven’t been burned out. I haven’t given up. And my business isn’t failing.

I’ve been in one of the most aligned seasons I’ve had in years. And it’s looked like the opposite of what hustle culture tells us success should look like.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE

  • Why constant content creation might actually be blocking your next breakthrough
  • The two seasons of business everyone experiences but nobody talks about (and why skipping one always backfires)
  • What integration actually means and why it’s where real transformation happens
  • The pattern that’s been keeping you stuck in situations way longer than you should be
  • Why your “gaps” might actually be portals to your next level
  • How returning to my prayer closet practice changed everything about my business clarity
  • The difference between rest that’s strategic and giving up that’s reactive
  • What I’ve been processing about marriage, business identity, and the future of this work
